1. How do I book a trip?

You can book directly on our website by selecting your preferred trip, choosing a date, and completing the payment. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your voucher and trip details.


2. Will I receive a booking confirmation?

Yes. After successful payment, you’ll receive an instant confirmation email with:

  • Booking reference number
  • Trip itinerary
  • Pickup & drop-off details
  • Contact information

Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.


3. How do I pay for my booking?

We accept secure online payments via debit card, credit card, and supported digital wallets. All payments are processed through trusted payment gateways.


4. Are my payments secure?

Absolutely. Our website uses secure payment providers to protect your personal and payment information.


5. Can I change my booking after confirming?

Changes depend on availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before departure. Please contact our support team with your booking reference.


6. What is your cancellation policy?

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before departure may be eligible for a refund (minus any admin fees).
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable.
  • No-shows are not refundable.

7. What happens if the trip is cancelled by you?

If we cancel a trip due to operational reasons, low numbers, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:

  • A full refund, or
  • The option to reschedule to another date


8. Where are the pickup and drop-off points?

Pickup and drop-off locations are clearly mentioned on the trip page and in your confirmation email. We only use approved and legal coach stops.


9. Do I need to print my ticket?

No. A digital voucher on your phone is sufficient. Just show it to the tour coordinator or driver at pickup.


10. What time should I arrive at the pickup point?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. Coaches cannot wait for late arrivals.


11. Is food included in the trip?

Food is not included unless clearly stated on the trip page. You’ll have free time to eat or explore at each destination.


12. Is the trip suitable for solo travellers?

Yes! Our trips are designed to be safe, affordable, and student-friendly, and many travellers join solo.


13. What if I have questions on the day of travel?

You’ll receive a contact number in your confirmation email for assistance on the travel day.
